Prepaid on the Treatwell app. Great manicure and staff were pleasant but I was asked for a voucher code to prove that I had paid. I have never been asked for that from any other salon before and had to wait whilst a member of staff called the owner (who also thought I needed some sort of code) and Treatwell who confirmed I had prepaid using the app. Had been a great experience until I had to wait to ‘prove’ I had paid because even the owner was unfamiliar with how Treatwell works. Did not appreciate having to wait and feeling like I had done something wrong just for using the app to pay.

Staff was very caring and attentive. Pedicure wasn't rushed and she took her time which was good since most places rush pedi's. The only downside is no massage chair. Hope this can change in the future :)
