Julia was so friendly, attentive and really put my 5 year old daughter at ease. Her hair wash was "sooooo relaxing" and she did a lovely cut, making sure we were all happy with the length. The little treat balloon at the end was a fab bonus too - thank you! A lovely experience and we will definitely be back.
