Salon was shut when I turned up, so we were 10 mins late starting and the treatment was cut short. It wasn’t an aromatherapy massage as I’d booked, just an ordinary Swedish oil massage, and I was told if I wanted firmer pressure I’d need to pay £5 extra which I thought was odd. Was an OK last minute option but I probably wouldn’t go again
