Friendly receptionist at the gym directed me down stairs to a little waiting area. Carole gave me a warm welcome & was very friendly throughout. Area is a little tired but treatment room has nice wallpaper & is clean. Carole is a great therapist and I had one of the best massages I've ever had. Would recommend & will return soon.
