The salon was lovely, as was my stylist, however I was left unhappy with my hair, it took over 5 weeks for a second appointment to rectify it, where the stylist - who was incredible, informed me that what’s happened is not a quick fix, and I will need to go back to get my hair re highlighted in 6 weeks. Obviously incredibly disappointing experience, the customer service has not been fantastic, I wouldn’t recommend the studio based on the customer service experience I had
