I had my first appointment with Federico on Friday and I’m so happy with the result! He styled my pixie haircut beautifully - exactly what I hoped for, fresh, flattering and expertly done. On top of his talent, Federico was incredibly warm, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. It’s not always easy to find a hairdresser who combines skill with such a lovely personality, but he absolutely does. Grazie Federico e ci vediamo a metà giugno!

Stylist didn’t seem to take care and pay attention to the treatment. I asked for curtain bangs and one side is very choppy and unblended. I also went in for permanent black dye to cover my brown and red hair, when the dye was washed out I could see parts that were brown which meant the dye was not applied evenly and all over. They did however address it by glossing over the top at no extra charge. But I would’ve preferred for it to be done correctly the first time. It was not great.
