My grievance is not about my haircut, but about my appointment that was rescheduled by them 3 times over 2 days and what really upset me was the reason for rescheduling the second time, next day. When I got there the stylist assigned by the app refused to cut my hair because I was a male, I specified I just needed to tidy it up, not a new haircut, but apparently she was not comfortable with males? It sounded quite discriminatory. Have been going to hairdressers for decades and this was a first.
