Terrible blowout and zero accountability Very disappointed with Live True Brixton. My blowout felt coated with residue, greasy, and completely flat within 45 minutes. The heat was uncomfortably intense and the style wasn’t what I asked for. I’ve had many blowouts and this was the first I’ve ever complained about. I contacted the salon repeatedly for nearly a week. Staff refused to rebook me, gave conflicting information about availability, and told me to email head office. Nobody followed up,
