Came in for a Kératase treatment and I wasn’t told until my hair was being washed that it was out of stock. FUL ≠ Kératase. Not pleased with this experience and won’t be back. Should’ve been offered a refund.

Federico did my hair twice now, and every single time I had a lovely experience. He talks you through each time and asks for your opinion. Very reassuring but never patronising. Will be back again.
