To keep it short , I had booked the flash sale which was £34 . No mention of additional costs nor on the website , when I went to get my patch test or before I sat down to get my treatment done . Once finished I got charged for the toner which was an additional £34 … meaning there is no flash sale because you end up paying for the full price . Although Maria was lovely unfortunately I will not be going back !

Very Poor experience because I was seen 45 minutes after my appointment was scheduled. The central office had changed my original appointment without telling the salon. I asked for a small reduction in price but was rejected even though I wasted almost 1h waiting. I will not come again and can’t recommend this salon.
