I had been to the salon before and the stylist took her time and was really good. My daughter suffers with anxiety so it was the first time actually cutting her hair in a very long time. I thought I’ll take her there as a treat for her birthday and the stylist she had RUSHED her hair and never took her time. She didn’t have a good experience at all!!

Nice hair cut but wasn’t what I was hoping for as stylist said my hair type wasn’t suitable for what I wanted but didn’t offer any suggestions or adjustments so ended up asking for something else. Stylist was quite rough when drying and styling hair (I understand she probably wanted to finish shift as it was the end of the day but it felt very uncomfortable at times) I’ve had positive experiences at Live True in the past but not this time unfortunately.
