The hairstylist was not even listening and talking to me proprolly so he don’t know what I was looking for he just complet his hours and the worst part is they ask me to pay extra £34 for extra service which I don’t even ask for it

Friendly reception & environment. Kashel provided good advice on caring for my hair post the Brazilian blowout. She was efficient & I was all done before 2.5 hours as estimated. I’m very happy with the result, my hair feels so much better & easier to style now. Overall was a great experience. Would definitely return 👍

When I got home I saw that in the area around my face my hair was blue. When I managed to get through to the salon the following day, they said I had to email customer service with pictures and they’d take 3-5 days to reply. Unacceptable.

Been here lots before but appt was rescheduled and I was given a different hairdresser. The man who did my highlights was distracted on the phone and rushed the application, which meant that when it was time to wash it out, it was patchy, blotchy and there are visible lines. At the beginning of appt I said that my main priority was to make sure it grew out naturally, sadly this is not what was delivered. He identified the highlights were blotchy so added a root shadow, but it’s still blotchy :/
