The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because i was waiting for 20 mins past my appointment to be seen. Staff did let me know they were running late and the haircut was great, will definitely go back
Ladies' Haircuts
Visited for a trim and was more or less happy with the results however the consultation before the cut was far less thorough than I'm used to which didn't put me at ease. I felt slightly like I was being rushed out the door even though the salon wasn't busy at all. Felt like a budget haircut in a slightly edgy space and therefore not quite the value for money I'd expected!
Ladies' Haircuts
I had booked for only a toner with rough dry because I was running really late and had dedicated an hour for the appointment. The hairdresser was 40min late and decided not to do my hair. A colleague stepped in. I asked whether I could have a discount, was told the manager was not here. Was told I could be given a treatment. Worst experience ever. The toner was a mess. I’ve been coming to live true salons for over 4 years and this was the last time for sure. Highly UNRECOMMENDED.
