Nice salon, friendly staff but I didn’t think it was the best cut and my hairdresser could have asked me more about what I want.
Ladies' Haircuts
Balayage absolute nightmare. My hair turned grey from light brown. Had asked to not use any bleach on my hair anymore as they were bleached before but my wish was ignored. They used extra treatments on my hair which i wasn't told about but then had to pay when I wanted to leave. My roots are lighter than the rest of my hair. Absolute nightmare. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told to email them as they don't have a manager in store. Although the staff was friendly, they were quite incompetent.

Had highlights, just as l wanted them, colour good and quite fine. Am pleased with the result.
