Very friendly staff, chilled, relaxed environment. Very natural colour and she blended it well with my existing colour. It was extra for toner and deep conditioning treatment which I didn't realise and had to pay an extra £40 on top of £90 for just colour which was pricey. However, would go back again with one of their offers.
