Overall I guess it was fine: the balayage was not perfect, some strands of hair were not blended well with my natural colour and I can definitely see them, also I have some super platinum blonde strands and some dark brown strands that are near and not quite suit each other, but for the price I paid I guess that’s what I expected.
The colour of the lightened hair is gorgeous.
Not the best of jobs but definitely not the worst.

A really great experience. My hairdresser had to call in sick, and the salon gave me a call and rebooked for the next day. Fab wash/head massage, great consultation (bit of a restyle) and great cut. She taught me how I can do the style at home. Lovely receptionist and young guy who got me a tea and biscuits. Super good value discount for last minute booking
