place was nice and the hairdresser was friendly but my balyage was absolutely unnoticeable. it was like nothing was done noone could see the difference. disappointing

ah I absolutely loved it. I got a last minute appointment which meant I got a fantastic deal for wash cut and blow dry. the senior stylist (so sorry, I can't remember her name) gave me a fantastic cut - I've been getting compliments for days! the staff were friendly, got me coffee etc and it was a lovely large open space. definitely coming back, very happy :)

Visited at the end of the day so was rather rushed. The hairdresser did a good job but afraid the colour was not right for my hair or what i asked for and will have to get it redone elsewhere.
