Ladies' Haircuts
First time using Treatwell. Was surprised to see amazing deals at High Street salons in my area. I was satisfied with Treatwell and the convenience of the service provided.
My experience at the salon was great whilst I was there. The stylist even curled my hair for me at no extra cost. However, my haircut was not up to standard. Once I had washed out the curls and had a closer look at my hair I realised that the cut was really bad. Layers gone horribly wrong. I went back to the salon and they offered to have a more experienced stylist work their magic, at no further cost to me. I am extremely grateful that I got offered a solution. The stylist managed to save the situation to the best of their ability. It looks much better than before.
I have lost a lot of my length, my hair is much shorter than I expected. It's fixed, but not the style that I really wanted. Overall I didn't get what I had hoped for. Maybe the deal was just to good to be true:(
