My cut and colour is really fantastic and Maria is a great hairdresser. however I was pretty surprised to be charged £40 at the till for toner (I alsp paid £25 for a conditioning treatment also but I knew how much that cost) I've been getting my hair highlighted for a long time now but never been charged over £20 for toner. Lovely job on my hair but I don't think I'll return because of that unfortunately as it's a bit out of my budget!

I had the worst blow dry ever by Annabel. I booked with somebody else but they were running behind, so Annabelle said she would do it. That was nice of her but the job should ha r been done properly as that's what I paid for. She was done in 20 minutes. It is impossible to blow dry my hair in 20 minutes. It looked okay in the dim light of the salon. But when I went to M&S up the road and looked in the mirror, I could not believe it! It's something I would have done at home in 20 minutes. I was so upset. It was frizzy! Not smooth and straight. I asked for straight. I got curls at the end. She rushed it, you could tell she was rushing it. I felt so uncomfortable during the whole experience. Horrible salon in general. Uncomfortable, rude and unprofessional.
