I booked and appointment yesterday for colour, cut and blow dry with hair designer, my hair came out of a horrible colour very far from what I had asked, than had to have 2 removal treatments and come out with my hair completely ruined, my colour is so bad they now have about 5 different shades, plus my hair were left dried out by the treatments, I had to go to work with a hat today.

Great Salon, very happy with my cut and highlights. Very friendly staff
Only stinger was them charging £30 at the end for the toner that they said was vital to make me hair not go yellow.
fine if it costs extra, but £30 extremely steep- seemed like bit of a rip off
