Hairdresser was really nice and sweet but didn’t listen to what I wanted. I asked for big and bouncy and she started blow drying my hair straight. Then started curling it with straighteners. It was totally flat with curls at the bottom that were completely uneven. Way too much product used and it fell as soon as I left the salon
