Staff are always very welcoming at Live True and they are quick to offer a drink and make sure you are comfortable. The place is light and airy and has good lighting (no trickery with the hair colour there!). Younes has been my stylist for a while now, and has never failed to have me leave feeling like I should be on an advert - rate myself too much? maybe! ;P
