The only reason I’m still going to this salon is my hairdresser, Federico. He is a lovely man and a great professional. However every single time I book and pay my appointment via Treatwell is messed up. Either missing booking, wrong time, not finding the payment or like last time, they booked me in but with a different hairdresser... I complained in the salon many times, once my husband was waiting 15 mins in front of the closed salon at 9:00am with a confirmed appointment, no one arrived to open, obviously he had left without haircut. He is simply not coming here any more, and tbh I don’t know how long I will keep up with Federico if they’re not sorting out their booking system. He is literally the only one in this place who understands customer service.

Always a pleasure, Younes! Doesn't matter how long you live in London, it's so difficult to find someone to trust with your hair, but I'd thoroughly recommend!

Great cut! Managed to make my very vague instructions in to something really nice. I wanted a change, so the cut took a little longer than usual but was worth it.
