Gro had 2 stylists off sick so my appointment had to be rescheduled last minute (an hour before). The staff were apologetic though and managed to fit me in later in the day. My stylist was really friendly although the treatment (colouring, cut and dry) took far longer than I expected (5 hours) and wasn't quite what I expected (not as much colour change)
Hair Colouring
Didn't know about my reservation when I arrived, but managed to fit me in. Lovely long massage when washing my hair, cut was exactly what I wanted, but simple so hard to mess up! Overall pleasant experience, would go again - though not necessarily for full price value
Ladies' Haircuts
I had a colour treatment and awarded it 5 stars. Great service, clean saloon and friendly staff, I will definitely go back.
Hair Colouring
Lorena did a great job. Since I have a short hair, it is important how well it is cut. Thanks to her, it takes a minute to style my hair at home. I will be back for sure.

Annabelle was great - my friends all commented on how good my blow dry was and it lasted a few days too! Will definitely go back.
