Was really pleased with the service. I have quit difficult thin curly hair to deal with and Elvis knew exactly how to deal with it and how to cut it to have the effect I wanted.

I booked my appointment at Gro on a bit of a whim, as my usual hairdresser was unable to see me for 3 weeks. I was a bit sceptical as I hate going to the hairdressers at the best of times, but it turns out a change is just what I needed!
George, the stylist, gave me a thorough consultation and advised what my previous hairdresser had been doing wrong, hence why my hair was completely unmanageable. He really took the time to analyse what I wanted and advised how best to achieve this.
He then really took his time cutting my hair, making sure he was able to keep the length but also get rid of the damage. I walked out feeling like I new woman - absolutely love the new style and was so pleased I've already rebooked for a trim and some highlights next month.
Overall, George and the salon in general completely exceeded my expectations - would definitely recommend to anyone!

yep pretty decent - esp with the online discount. would go back but not especially armoured. Although friendly staff and nice head massage with the shampoo. Good cut.
