Was having a really shit day and decided to book myself a last minute blow dry to cheer myself up. It turned out to be one of the best blow drys I have had in years! Shania was very sweet and gave me a lovely head massage and then Charles was like a surgeon with a hair dryer and I really appreciated the care and attention. He's clearly someone who takes pride in his work. Will definitely be back
Blow Dry
I was not asked and I ended up not having a say at all regarding to the tone /shade /final colour of my hair.
Hair Colouring
Having had my afro hair styled here before, I thought nothing of making another appointment via Treatwell. On arrival atvl 9.45 I was told that they were unable to style my hair because it was afro and referred me to their Clapham branch for a 10.30 appointment the same day. I don't think it's unreasonable to assume I would be able to make an appointment to have my afro hair styled at a salon I'd used twice previously. I was really annoyed as I'd travelled from Earls Court and didn't want to then have to make my way to Clapham. Nevertheless, the stylist at the Clapham branch was excellent and did a great job of my hair.
