Always a super positive experience. This time I took my newborn son for the first time and the staff couldn't haven't been more helpful. We had a great cut and a lovely relaxing hour
Ladies' Haircuts
The gloss treatment was a bit disappointing as I was not really seeing my hair glossy,plus Because of treatwell voucher at the beginning she didn’t put me treatment enough all over my hair.ShE applied a bit more later cause I asked.Also she offered something to drink to a person who didn’t book trough the voucher.
Then I reco only after she cut my hair with no volume on my length when I specified to her I would have had some volume and cut a bit on the length.She said she didn’t do cause she didn’t want me to look bad.At least she should have let me know what she wanted to advise me and if I was ok with that.
It wasn’t a bad experience but not one of the best.
