Gro had 2 stylists off sick so my appointment had to be rescheduled last minute (an hour before). The staff were apologetic though and managed to fit me in later in the day. My stylist was really friendly although the treatment (colouring, cut and dry) took far longer than I expected (5 hours) and wasn't quite what I expected (not as much colour change)
