Haircut was great and the stylist was really friendly, with lots of tips on what styles would work and how to look after my curly hair. I got a last minute booking, which was great value and they didn't try to add on any surprise charges.
Ladies' Haircuts
I previously had used another employee and he did my hair terribly. It was completely stripey and was all contrasting tones. The first hairdresser I have used was the worst I have ever had by far and as a result, my hair had to be bleached twice in one week. Annabelle fixed it and this time did an amazing blonde. She is the best hairdresser I have had but do be vigilant which hairdressers you use!
Balayage
There was a bit of a mishap with my appointment so I would confirm with them if booking your appointment on Treatwell. Also I had a bit of miscommunication with the stylist who couldn't understand me and was quite rude about it. It was a good haircut after I explained what I wanted again. Also wasn't able to do the colouring as they are very strict on the dye test so I cannot properly rate that. Overall I would come back...just not anytime soon.

I had my keratin treatment with Roberta who was amazing, couldn't fault her or the salon. Excellent service! As to whether the treatment was effective, it's a bit early to judge.
