Staff were lovely but I ended up having to wait 35 mins for my appointment even though I showed up on time. I wasn’t the biggest fan of my blow dry either- I really dislike leaving negative reviews and to be clear it had nothing to do with the staff or venue but I felt my blow dry wasn’t up to standard. Perhaps it was an off day and if I were to go back again the quality would be totally different!
