Stylist turned up 50 mins late for a one hour appointment -this is the third time they have been late for me. Receptionist ended up washing and blow drying my hair. Stylist then arrived and did a very quick dry cut then left to get coffee. Really bad experience which is sad as booked it as a treat.
Receptionist was fantastic and did everything she could do make up for it. Not fair on her!

I had a disappointing experience getting my hair done here. I went in for a consultation and returned later for a root melt and toner. The hairdresser was very rough with my hair and commented that my hair was “really dry” in a judgemental way, without offering any advice. At the end, they said a reverse balayage would’ve looked better, which isn’t what you want to hear when leaving the salon, especially after listening to what you were told in the consultation.
