Disappointing experience. Time of my appointment got changed 3 times in 24 hours. Wash, cut and blow dry took less than 20 minutes. Went in feathering my hair even though I clearly don’t have that / didn’t check. Normally have a much better experience.

Not only did you not honour my original appt., you didn't even reschedule it on Treatwell for a service I had already pre-paid. Upon rescheduling the appt. on YOUR systems rather than Treatwell's, you didn't even send me any kind of written confirmation, I had to insist you do so. When I came to my rescheduled appt., I couldn't be seen and you claimed to have contacted me to warn me but there is no record of this. You refused to refund me for a service I never received. Absolute thieves, AVOID!
