They are a bunch of unprofessional twats. I booked an appointment 3 hours in advance, got a confirmation. Went all the way, and they said they don’t have anyone to take the appointment. Blaming it on the system. Highly unprofessional and unkind. Suggest you look at other salons

The original stylist I had was Sorin who was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hairdresser. He was rude, obnoxious, left me waiting for 25 minutes so he could have a smoke. Sorin would cause someone to never return to the salon, poor reviews that name him specifically are all over google for this salon. As such I had to reschedule, I then had Laura on the rescheduled appointment who was brilliant and I would recommend highly. She turned the experience right around.
