Extremely poor customer experience. My prepaid appointment was cancelled without prior notice. When I requested a refund, I was abruptly informed that no one present had the authority to process it. The call was then terminated, and subsequent attempts to contact the salon were disconnected. I have paid in full, received no service, and have been given no clear route to recover my funds. Prospective clients should exercise caution before making any prepaid bookings. The worst experience!

Hairstylist never showed up which is super disappointing as I had plans this day. They offered to reschedule so will see how it goes at my rebooked appointment. This is the second time I’ve experienced this at this salon.
