I understand that staff can get ill, and I appreciate that these things happen. However, my appointment was cancelled less than an hour before it was due to start. I had an important event and was left with almost no time to find another stylist. It was very stressful and disappointing. Better contingency plans for last-minute cancellations would really improve the customer experience.

Live true really exceeded my expectations, they were professional, welcoming and the salon felt clean. I thought the price point was good, the only thing I would say is that my hair didn’t feel as smooth and shiny as it has when it’s been cut elsewhere.
