I booked and pre-paid a ladies cut and blow dry. I had to wait 20 mins after my appointment time before I was seen. The stylist told me I had to pay an extra £15 because of my long hair (it’s average length) - I can’t find a reference to hair length charges on their website. I would have liked the stylist to spend a bit more time cutting - it was basically just a blow dry.

Never going back. Booked Lauren who is amazing but not get Lauren. The woman I had cut my hair sooo short and cut the bottom of it with clippers which has never happened. She was so unsure about it being even she just kept taking more off. I asked for 1 inch, safe to say it was more than that which is so noticeable because my bob is now just touching my jaw. She dried it so flat I’m scared to wash it as it’ll be by my ears with any volume. Never going back to live true. Walked out and cried.
