Had a fabulous wash and blowdry with Louis. Very attentive and gentle with my hair. Enjoyed a chat over coffee and biscuits while he styled my hair to perfection.

Ingrid was amazing!! Talked me through some options based on the pictures I showed and then did wonders with my hair - I love it and usually don’t tend to like it straightaway! Will be coming back to see Ingrid again - thank you so much!!!

Very disappointed. Been here before and had good results but the dye from the glossing is still coming out on my towel 2 washes later
