They changed my time 1 hour before the appointment so Lauren did not do my hair another stylist did and he really pulled my head throughout the blow dry without being at all gentle. At the end he did not even brush my waves saying they will last more when I decide to do them by myself. I left with a kind of crazy curls, so not sure what to say. I have been going years to this place and its a matter of luck on how u will end up.
