An odd uncomfortable experience. Appointment was 15min late with no acknowledgment or apology. Yet my 45min booking was over in 25mins. Stylist cut my hair before washing it as she said it would be easier for her, then she just did some tidy ups after the wash. She asked me where I wanted my parting and then very abruptly told me to just do it myself. She cut my hair on a side part then at the end told me it was the wrong thing to do and flipped it off over and redid it. I would not go back.

I wasn't happy with my haircut and emailed the customer service email to try and resolve it. They wanted me to go back in to meet the stylist again which I found to be uncomfortable as I hadn't had a good experience. It was unfortunate that I wasn't listened to at the appointment and came away with an unsatisfactory haircut but even worse to be dealt with my being told to go back to the same person.
I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend it if you have curly hair.
