Overall it wasn't a bad haircut and I don't want anyone to think 3/5 stars means I wouldn't go here again - I would.
However, I did want to highlight two issues I had in my first experience with this salon;
1) Seemingly no hairdresser in the salon owned a pair of thinning scissors. When hair is shorter than finger length, it's pretty much impossible to thin evenly without thinning scissors. This surprised me!
2) I waited over 20mins after my scheduled appointment for the haircut to begin.

Disappointing experience at Live True Clapham.I couldn’t get the treatment due to a colour test.They offered to cancel, but it never happened and I didn’t get my money back.If I’d known, I’d have at least done the cut and blow-dry. Poor comunication.
