I wasn't happy with my haircut and emailed the customer service email to try and resolve it. They wanted me to go back in to meet the stylist again which I found to be uncomfortable as I hadn't had a good experience. It was unfortunate that I wasn't listened to at the appointment and came away with an unsatisfactory haircut but even worse to be dealt with my being told to go back to the same person.
I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend it if you have curly hair.

I used to love going to this salon, but after my recent experience with Selime, I think this might be my last visit. She was quite rude, and overall it just wasn’t a pleasant experience. I was also charged more than I usually am with other stylists, which didn’t feel right.
To be fair, my hair did turn out nice, but I really value the whole experience when I’m paying for a service like this. Unfortunately, because of how I was treated, I don’t think I’ll be returning.
