There were a few issues with booking - turned up for appointment they said they couldn’t fit me in for what I wanted (full head of highlights) even though I’d booked on Treatwell. I booked another day then got a call to say my stylist was running late. I don’t mind but it doesn’t make a good impression. Colour is okay, the stylist seemed a little indifferent and it didn’t feel like a nice relaxing experience.
