Horrible experience. Booked to get my roots highlighted as my length was already blonde. Showed pictures and explained exactly what I wanted to achieve. Paid £330 in total after their offer of 50% here. The big issue was my result: ended up with my roots even darker as he applied a brown tint (don’t know why) and NO blonde on my roots.I couldn’t stop my tears when I seen it. Asked to come next day to fix “T-line” when I paid for full head. Waiting 1 month for customer support, they ignoring me!
