I showed up for my appointment but they could not do my hair as they were too busy. I have been chasing them for a refund for months but Live True support is not responding to me (I tried contacting them many times). A really disappointing experience overall, I will continue to follow up on the refund (for £98.50!). I also wasted time and money traveling there, on a sunday morning. On 2 other occasions (also sunday appointment), they had done the wrong patch test somehow, and sent me home.
