I loved the hair cut and style, and my hair looked great. However, I was asked if I would like a treatment on my hair whilst washing and I said yes but I was not told this was going to cost extra...let alone £25 extra! Not a fun surprise at the end! And not worth the money.
My stylist was nice, but the atmosphere was cold in the salon, no one greeted me until I walked in and waited a couple of mins. Everyone just stared at me walk in aha.
