Terrible experience - Sorin was rough with my hair, sat really close to me while doing my highlights which made me uncomfortable and used water too hot, even when I asked to turn the temperature down. I asked for a half head of bleach highlights to top up existing roots (I've been blonde for 15 years) and my hair was left streaky and ginger, which he tried to cover with a dark brown toner.

Stylist turned up 50 mins late for a one hour appointment -this is the third time they have been late for me. Receptionist ended up washing and blow drying my hair. Stylist then arrived and did a very quick dry cut then left to get coffee. Really bad experience which is sad as booked it as a treat.
Receptionist was fantastic and did everything she could do make up for it. Not fair on her!
