Luckily love the result of my haircut, but feel there were touch points missing throughout the process such as asking if I was happy with the length I had had off or how I wanted my hair blow dried. It wasn’t how I would’ve chosen to have it blow dried. No use of styling products etc so had to go home and wash it.
