I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. Despite arriving on time with a confirmed 3:00 pm booking, I was told I had no appointment. After a delay, they admitted I was booked but had no stylist available. The only option was to reschedule to 7:00 pm, yet I wasn’t seen until 7:50 pm.
Although the stylist apologised and promised compensation, I’ve received nothing. Worse, the haircut is uneven and unnatural, leaving me very unhappy with the result.

Kept waiting 30 minutes from 10:30 am to 11 am for my 10:30 am appointment. Had to ask for coffee from the receptionist for the long wait instead of being offered. Delian then rushed doing my wash and blowdry in 30 minutes and burnt my scalp with the superhot blowdrier and cried out in pain.
