Not only did you not honour my original appt., you didn't even reschedule it on Treatwell for a service I had already pre-paid. Upon rescheduling the appt. on YOUR systems rather than Treatwell's, you didn't even send me any kind of written confirmation, I had to insist you do so. When I came to my rescheduled appt., I couldn't be seen and you claimed to have contacted me to warn me but there is no record of this. You refused to refund me for a service I never received. Absolute thieves, AVOID!

It was fine, the haircut was quick and efficient. I did have to wait around for half an hour past my appointment time and then I was sat in an area in the back with piles of dirty towels around me.
