My appointment was 2 pm I booked at evening and 2pm was available, morning they called me and offered to change it to 3:30 pm and I said I am not free that time, they told me to talk with Treatwell to sort, which they need to cancel as it’s their responsibility at this point. I don’t have to accept 3:30 if you leave 2 pm available and I already chose. Treatwell told me they need to cancel because there is no refund rule. I lost money and no refund SCAM- and disrespect Do not trust them

The salon booking system had my appointment at a different time and didnt communicate this well when I got there. I ended up waiting 40 mins before someone else did my appointment.
Firstly, I didn’t have the hairdresser I was supposed to have, and then she asked me to pay an additional £10 because my hair is a bit longer, I’d already pre-paid for the service so this is mental!
