Live true is great due to the last minute booking opportunities - I booked the night before. However there is no welcome/customer service on arrival and I was kept waiting for 20-25 minutes with no communication as to the delay. My hairdresser then rushed my cut to finish on time to avoid delaying the next client - my hair was dried really quickly and no effort was made to finish, smooth and style my hair so I left feeling it was quite frizzy on the top.

Hair wash not so good. I have really long hair hair, needed a bit more attention. Blow dry good . Stylist was lovely .
