I’m really happy with my haircut! The stylist listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly the look I was hoping for. The cut is clean, flattering, and easy to manage. The whole experience was smooth and comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Terrible experience - Sorin was rough with my hair, sat really close to me while doing my highlights which made me uncomfortable and used water too hot, even when I asked to turn the temperature down. I asked for a half head of bleach highlights to top up existing roots (I've been blonde for 15 years) and my hair was left streaky and ginger, which he tried to cover with a dark brown toner.
