I have been coming to this salon for years now, but I am constantly either waiting for a stylist to arrive or waiting for them to juggle multiple clients simultaneously. Add on half an hour to your booking because you’ll never leave on time and you won’t get an apology either. I wasn’t even asked if I wanted a drink this time.
