Very happy with the haircut and balayage but was wrongly charged extra for toner. If there’s additional charges to a service you need to mention that when booking otherwise people go and expect that they’ve paid for the full treatment on Treatwell. Was also told that I needed to pay for something else with the balayage but when I pushed they said it actually wasn’t essential and didn’t need it.
