Person who did my spot test wasn’t who was named on this review however were very friendly and efficient
It is a lovely looking salon When I turned up and checked in for my highlights I was sat waiting for 40 minutes before my stylist came as I hadn’t been checked in properly and the stylist hadn’t been told I was waiting. I paid for a full head of foils but instead got mostly baleage with some foils added in. I have more concerns but little space for feedback. Overall the salon had a greatly unprofessional feel about it with apparent poor communication between the team and unprofessional behaviou
Ladies' Full Head Highlights
This is the second time I have come to the studio and there is confusion and delay on my booking it as if you have randomly surprised them and not booked in advance when I went to the reception I was greeted with it’ll be 20 mins later no apologies and then when I said ok will I come back so it was just a yea.. then eventually started about a half hour later I appreciate things can happen but this is the second if not third time where it’s been over a half hour behind with little to no apology
