Selime did the perfect balayage and put so much pride into it. She was amazing and I would book with her every time!
There was a mix up as I was told the toner was free but then tried to charge. The receptionist admitted it was an internal mistake but was adamant that I would still have to pay and then apply externally for a refund?! He had his AirPods in the whole time and was rather rude! If you struggle holding your ground, AVOID! I’d go back for Selime, but so let down by the receptionist!
