Had to wait 40 minutes as the stylist didn’t turn up and nobody could help, wasn’t sure they would turn up at all and when I eventually had hair done it was not like the photo I showed and hair was harder than when I went in!

The salon was comfortable and professional. My experience with Sorin was great! He was very professional and friendly, making me feel comfortable and encouraged to express any preferences I had for the hair treatments. I look forward to coming back for another treatment!
