The salon booking system had my appointment at a different time and didnt communicate this well when I got there. I ended up waiting 40 mins before someone else did my appointment.

Firstly, I didn’t have the hairdresser I was supposed to have, and then she asked me to pay an additional £10 because my hair is a bit longer, I’d already pre-paid for the service so this is mental!

Not only did Soirin punch me in the side of the face whilst combing through my hair (granted this was an accident) he also ripped my earrings out and was very rough whilst blow drying. I showed reference pics for the layering and fringe style but he chose to ignore this and just cut 2cm off my ends. I have no layering and my fringe looks the same. I asked him to cut the fringe shorter and he refused. I’ve essentially paid £46 for a wash and blow dry and now have to get my hair done elsewhere.
