Extremely disappointed with my experience at Clapham North. Staff were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. I was told my previous patch test was valid, only to be refused colour on arrival. No one offered to patch test me for the future. I was spoken to like a child, laughed at, and told I’d have to pay £40 more despite being told otherwise minutes before. Completely unprofessional. I won’t be returning. Avoid if you value being treated with respect.

Nice salon and good balayage but always end up paying more every time I go. Was charged £30 for extra bleach this time despite not having long hair. Also asked for layers which I didn’t get.

Booked in for a last minute wash, cut & blowdry with Ugur, who was so friendly and did a great job with my hair. I’ll definitely be booking in again soon!
