(Apparently booking the appointment in person invalidates the offers which makes no sense). Do not be deceived by their offers! Their customer service is so bad - I ended up paying £180 for a cut and a toner. They offered me a £10 voucher as compensation … expiring in 2 days after they gave it to me. Really would not recommend!!
Felt amazing after my cut and blowdry. Sara was attentive friendly and knowledgeable and understanding. So pleased and definitely going back!
