Great salon! Had a great cut, staff were really helpful and friendly. Will book again for sure.
Although the cut and dye was great the service and overall experience was incredibly disappointing.
The time it took was ridiculous! I appreciate it takes a long time but 3.5 Hours is ridiculous especially when I mentioned I needed to be out by 12 due to going on holiday (Should have been plenty of time as my appointment was booked at 9). Didn’t get seen until gone 9.30, then it took forever so I had to rush the cut and didn’t get a full blow dry as it was 12.45 and I was stressing! Not sure why it took 45 mins to wash my hair I’m all up for relaxation and a good head massage but took the piss! Finally the price at the end was enough to choke me, was quoted £135 on the website which also mentioned I’d get a discount if I was new – imagine the surprise when I was charged £165! Was in too much a hurry to argue. Overall great cut but ruined by the stress of the poor service and general experience.
Helpful staff, clean location, they gave me a free drink which was nice! I think I might have disappointed the stylist when it came to lack of imagination about my hair!
I usually feel a certain amount of anxiety when getting a hair cut but Vanatta was patient, friendly and really helped put me at ease. The salon was a pleasant environment with a nice vibe, staff were all friendly and I received a very nice head massage before an excellent cut. Overall, I am very satisfied and would definitely visit again.
