I arrived early for my appointment but was greeted and offered a cup of tea or coffee whilst I waited for my stylist to become available. Florence was attentive from the word go, ensuring the my hair was cut exactly how I wanted whilst also offering advice on what would look best and maintenance tips. Based on this experience alone I will be coming back and recommending live true to all my friends. Wonderful!!

Won’t go back as i was overcharged. It states in treatwell app that the additional cost for 1 toner is £15, but i was charged £30 (when I visited the same salon for the same treatment previously, and had longer hair, they only charged £15). If the price has now doubled then I would expect this to be properly communicated but it isn’t so very misleading. The balayage itself was ok.
