The staff were very professional and friendly, I was seen immediately and did not have to wait. I had a very relaxing head massage when getting my hair shampooed. I am very happy and pleased with the cut. The stylist understood exactly what wanted. The salon itself is very relaxing and is good surroundings. Definitely returning for future cut and blow drys!
I'm terrible at going to the hairdressers, I never come out happy! But this time Vanata knew exactly what I wanted and how to go about it, I had about 10 inches off the length and a beautiful balayage put in, so it was quite a big job. Did have to change my appointment a few times because it didn't mention on Wahanda that you need a patch test 48hrs before the appointment, even if you've had your hair coloured before because their products are different. But after that was sorted I had a great experience there and I'm so happy with the result! Definitely going back!
