A great vibe, the hairdresser took the time to really understand what I wanted. Also had the most amazing head massage and I was really happy with the finished cut and time taken to style it.

The reception was friendly. T was nice to being offered a coffee but when it did arrive it was cold. The hairwash was painful because the lady would put all her weight onto the sink which drilled into the shoulders. The hairdresser was very friendly and listened carefully to me and what I wanted. During the haircut her communication level was perfect. Unfortunately the haircut didn't meet my expectation but she did make some changes but of course this changed the cut a bit.
