Ambience ruined by children running around screaming and my experience further dampened when the hairdresser rudely described my hair as "very very frizzy". Thankfully her hair cut was good.

First time at this salon, and loved it. The staff were all really nice, the receptionist was just lovely and my stylist Mattia was wonderful! He was so friendly and although I didn’t want the most groundbreaking of haircuts (which might have made me boring) he was totally on board. Loved the end result and would definitely go back again.

After 34 years I may have finally got the first haircut I've ever truly been happy with. Roberto was friendly, talented, and from now on I'm not sure I want anyone else to cut my hair.
