The woman who did my blow dry was lovely and really friendly - unfortunately I had booked in for a blow dry and didn't receive this treatment at all. She rough dried my hair and then GHD curled it - I asked for more volume and she said she was doing it at the end, thinking that she was doing a blow dry in a different way but she didn't. It was a bit baffling as my hair literally wasn't blow dried at all. My hair was curled nicely, but I didn't ask for that! I wanted a volumous blow dry with a wave, not GHD curls.

Terrible hair - I was really upset as I left with brown rather than blonde hair.
