As always my trip to Live True was an overall good experience. With professional staff who make you feel at ease from washing to cutting. You receive a head massage when you are having your hair washed and the hairdresser is always attentive to what you want. Only downside was I was asked twice if I wanted a cup of tea and neither time received it which happened last time I was there. Not what you pay for but an extra bonus.

Disappointed. The hair colouring itself was good and the stylist was happy to listen to what I wanted. However, the other member of staff who washed and blow dryed my hair was very rude and so aggressive that I had to ask to stop part way through. I did not receive any compensation for the fact that I did not have the full treatment, due to the fault of the staff. I was still charged extra for the toner, despite not being asked if I wanted it on my hair.
