Mattias did an amazing job and is clearly very talented. The balayage was a little darker than I hoped and than the picture I had showed, but it still looked lovely.
Be careful with the toners, I asked at the start for only one to be used but was nearly charged for 2 as they had been mixed without asking me. Thankfully the staff took the extra £15 off but just be wary!

Treatwell were great to book with, but this salon are a miserable bunch of (can't type the word I want to!). Brixton are much better. Awful experience from start to finish. I asked for a trim (I had v long hair) & came out with a bob?! Very rough handling of my hair at every point, I was nearly in tears they were pulling it so much. Unhelpful staff - especially to each other. I booked off peak to get a saving and then they charged me £30 (for one toner) at the end, which is their way of making it up to a full price booking, so the customer loses out. I then read the small print which says £15 for each toner applied, so they decided to double the cost for me. I certainly won't be booking here again and so disappointed at how terrible this was, I think my worst hair experience ever. Book somewhere else!
