Sam is fab, she did a great job with my colour and the cut - I've been to many other hairdressers who don't seem to have a clue what I mean when I describe how I want it done but she got it spot on!

First step was supposed to be in for 5 mins but was left for over 10, then the second which was supposed to be 10 mins ended up being over 20. Don't know if this makes a difference or not but time management was perhaps not the best. Other than that, was a good experience
