I arrived for my appointment (with wet hair) only to be told that I could not be seen as they were fully booked and there was a problem with their and Treatwells booking system. I had booked this appointment last minute and therefore did not see that they had called me to notify me of this issue as I was driving there. I was eventually (after complaining) offered a later slot a few hours later which I accepted- I had wet hair and an event to go to later that evening! The haircut was good however the whole experience was dampened by the initial experience.
