Had a great experience - really good advice, great haircut, and relaxing experience altogether.
Ladies' Haircuts
I went to Live True London Clapham for an Olaplaex treatment and cut/blowdry.
Hatice spent the majority of the appointment lecturing me about how bad the condition of my hair was, and even tried to give me a lesson on ‘how to brush your hair’ - despite the fact that I’m 26 years old.
During the blow-dry, she then proceeded to burn my forehead.
Rather than apologise immediately for the incident - which was actually quite painful, and has left me with a mark in the middle of the forehead - she then laughed, and joked that she ‘burns her arms all the time.’
Once she could tell that I was upset and annoyed about the incident, she did apologise, but no money was taken off my (hefty) bill at the end.
I have since emailed the salon to complain about the incident, and have received no reply.
Awful customer service - would NOT recommend.
Ladies' Hair Conditioning and Scalp Treatments
Nice salon but I felt not much time was spent on the cut, more on the styling afterwards, I would have rather have more attention on the cut.
