The staff who greeted me were extremely friendly and welcoming. I had my haircut in the morning, so the salon was quiet and relaxing.
My creative stylist was Lily. She was very bubbly and explained what she intended to do first. I was happy to give her carte blanche, and she did a fabulous job with my hair. I would definitely go back there again.
Ladies' Haircuts
Staff are ALL super friendly and attentive. The ambience is funky, fresh, sophisticated and inviting. I was offered tea or coffee once seated, Orlando was professional and paid attention to what i wanted. He guided me through the treatment and i felt extremely comfortable with him. My highlights have never looked so great, the colour was perfect. The whole experience was enjoyable, the music is fantastic!!!!
Hair Colouring
Friendly staff and very clean, ambient salon. The cut I recieved was great and the products used are very high quality. The only thing letting my experience down was that it felt quite rushed.

Haircut was pretty quick. I think the hairdresser spent more time blow drying my hair than cutting it and I'm not sure if this was because I had a discount. Customer service was excellent though. Hairdresser was really friendly but would have preferred it if she spent a bit more time and attention to detail with the actual haircut.
