Yonny did my colour and was great as always. The salon has a great atmosphere and all the staff are very lovely.
Hair Colouring
I came in, to the odd kept away location which was quite nice, just slightly away from the busy high street, and was met by hair stylist after the long walk to the book-in station. I was impressed by the design of the place- very cool, and was shown to my seat, which I noted was incredibly low for a hair cutting seat covered in fine hairs and wasn't very clean.
My stylist briefly touched the texture of my hair and attempted to understand my requests after showing him a picture of how I wanted it, but not the level I wanted. I had my hair washed- not the best I've had but it would do, and was shown the two products that were used. They did well to take my coat etc. , and made a drink that I had not asked for and was left to get cold on the side without informing me that it was mine!
He took his time to cut my hair to check the lengths were ok, but overall it took longer than I expected, wasn't exactly the outcome I would have liked from a senior stylist, and they generally seemed bored and not as passionate or treating me with a lot of enthusiasm.
There was a bit of advice but not much and not much talk, but I do like the concept of the place, perhaps better customer service and expectation importance needed.
Ladies' Haircuts
Had my hair cut by Yonny and he was super friendly and nice. He gave an amazing head massage and then went through the cut with me. He listened to what I wanted and told me how he would do it. I love the cut and he was awesome! Will definitely be coming back
