Haircut and colour brilliant however stylist had hurt her finger and was not in a great mood. It made the experience slightly awkward

The balayage was amazing and the staff were so nice. The only issue I had was more so with the description on treatwell. I thought I was getting a cut and colour as it stated creative cut/creative colour but it wasn't until I arrived that they told me it wasn't included. They were super apologetic and it wasn't a fault on them but a cut would have been an additional £45 which I hadn't budgeted for unfortunately.
Nice salon and great location. I had a great haircut. The hairdresser was friendly and took the time to understand what I wanted. Really pleased with the result. Sure I'll be back.
