Lovely people, and the atmosphere was bright, warm and friendly. They had some problems with stylists so were running a little behind but they took it in their stride, taking extra care with my wash and making sure I was comfortable. Haircut was perfect, exactly what I asked for.

My stylist Sonya was brilliant. She gave me advise on how to look after my hair and didn't try to make me buy any products like you get at some salons. She made my hair look so much healthier than it was before an I'll definitely be going back.

My haircut was okay, but I got the impression that the stylist was more interested in having conversations with her colleagues than on cutting my hair. Not very professional, and I don't think that I'll be going back!
