They split dye on my jeans and my colour is so subtle, I can’t see it. It’s the most expensive colour I’ve ever had and by far the worst. I booked the balayage and was charged £68 on top for a toner and another £42 if I wanted my hair dried

My haircut was fine but sadly not what I asked for. She cut off way more than I asked for. I could not have been clearer. I think it is a good cut but a totally different look than I wanted, thankfully hair grows so I can live with this.
