Very rushed appointment with very little care given. I was then phoned up the next day to be accused of not paying for an olaplex treatment. I did not have the treatment and was treated appallingly by the staff. Do not visit.
Blow Dry
Very last minute booking and even though I had called the salon to inform them I would be five minutes late, they had delayed my appointment by a further 10 mins, as a stylist had not been assigned. My hair was washed only once and the blow dry was not what I had asked for. Even though the welcome was friendly, I didn’t feel very welcome during my appointment Ismail was friendly but unfortunately my hair was dried very quickly and was totally flat and lifeless.

I don’t find this salon is particularly warm or friendly. The hair stylists seem grumpy and tired, the receptionists are not very attentive, and the stylists are usually running late and complaining in between clients. In terms of the hair cut, it’s good but because the hairdresser is so busy worrying about other things, it’s rushed. Overall a good haircut, but not exactly what I wanted, be careful if you have long hair I don’t think they really care about giving you a personalised experience.
