I paid for a serious stylist instead has my hair cut with a stylist Ambiance and atmosphere was horrible Receptionist were looked bored and were bitchy Did not feel comfortable I would like to speak to their manager My actually stylist was a nice person

Normally quite like it here but the salon was very busy which meant they tried to move my apt, it wasn’t very clean, and I was never offered a drink etc. Hair cut was great as normal.

Sadly i booked and pre-paid for an appointment with Vivianne but my appointment wasn’t in the booking list / my app was moved to another stylist
