It’s a very busy salon, so not very relaxing and unfortunately I’ve had to wait for the stylist long past my appointment time each time I’ve been there. But it is very cheap for central london so still OK if you just want a standard blow dry.

Stylist cut my hair way too short despite being shown pictures of how I usually get my hair cut. I’d asked for chin length but I think she’d done it unevenly & carried on going until it was just below my ears. Done the week before my work Christmas party & it’s only just grown back to the length I like.

Melissa was an absolute super star with my full head of highlights and toner. Initially, there was a slight toner mismatch which made my hair darker rather than lighter, but I called up the salon and Melissa sorted it out for me the next day! I am so so happy with the results! My hair is beautiful and Melissa really cares about her clients and making sure they walk out with hair they are very happy with. Thank you so much!
