4 stars for Andres who was fantastic and listened to exactly what kind of blow dry I wanted. However, it was a very unwelcoming venue. The lady on reception made me feel like an inconvenience, despite arriving 5 minutes early to my appointment. I was asked to sit and wait but given no further information. The appointment began almost 15 minutes late. I appreciate the flash offer for blow dries to get customers in and get good reviews, but overall I wasn't impressed with the atmosphere at all.

Annabel was amazing and I love my new hair! The balayage is blended so well and my hair still feels so healthy afterwards.

Not my stylist’s fault, she didnt have a diffuser -had to borrow it from her colleague- and water was cold initially she was kind enough to boil it and wash my hair with warm water and she was friendly. Everyone loved my hair, my bangs were a bit shorter to my taste even though they were a bit uneven but looks great now.
Overall decor was tacky, place needs more care and reception needs to be more polite for sure, also feels like they publish good reviews where they can. Overall, misleading.
