The hairdresser wasn’t unfriendly & she did respect my wish to not cut off too much but in the end I did end up with an extremely uneven haircut with a hole in the middle that was not visible at first as I got a blow dry - I only noticed it after I straightened my hair.
Had to quickly get it fixed elsewhere before my holiday as the customer service is totally unhelpful & dismissive. Also towels used smell of damp.
