First of all, the hair stylist was not Zofija. I chose her after seeing a couple of pictures of some hairs she had done, but another stylist did my hair. I showed her 2 pictures as references for what a wanted but I left the place with a darker hair. It’s disappointing paying over 100,00 to get something different from what I wanted. Will need to go to another hairdresser to fix it.
My hair dresser was double booked, a 1.5 hour session ran into 2 hours with the hairdresser unable to complete a pre-paid hair cut. Salon Manager was very supportive and helpful in consideration to the situation. Receptionist requires further training if they are to pursue a customer facing, front of house role. Good salon with talented staff but they need to work on internal management of their booking systems and identify staff training on customer service.
